  • If your country/region is not covered, contact our Customer Service to inquire about custom shipping solutions (subject to different fees and timelines).

3. Shipping Methods, Delivery Timelines & Carriers

  • We partner with internationally recognized carriers, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, Postal Services ( China Post, USPS, Royal Mail), and dedicated shipping lines.

  • The most suitable carrier and method are automatically selected based on your delivery address and chosen shipping option (if applicable).

  • Standard International Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 7-12 business days.

    • Note: International delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, including:

      • Customs clearance procedures (varies by destination).

      • Local postal/carrier processing efficiency.

      • Flight/shipping schedules and force majeure events ( severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, policy changes).

  • Delivery Timeline Clarification:

    • The above timelines commence when the parcel leaves our warehouse and do not include order processing time.

    • Customs clearance is the most variable stage and may cause delays of days or weeks. We cannot control customs processing speed.

    • We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of important dates ( holidays, birthdays) to account for transit and customs.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard international shipping to all customers.

  • Free shipping eligibility and applicable regions are subject to change, as displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we will email a confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier name.

  • Track your parcel by:

    • Clicking the tracking link in our email (if available).

    • Visiting the carrier’s official website and entering your tracking number.

  • Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after dispatch.

6. Duties, Import Taxes & Customs Clearance

  • Important: For international orders, all duties, import taxes (VAT/GST), customs fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country/region are the buyer's responsibility.

  • These fees are determined by local customs authorities based on the declared value and nature of the goods. We cannot predict or control these charges.

  • The carrier or local postal service will contact you (via SMS, phone, email, or notice) to collect payment. Settlement is mandatory for delivery.

  • Failure to pay may result in parcel return or destruction. We are not liable for resulting losses or refunds.

  • Value Declaration: To comply with customs regulations, we accurately declare the total value of goods (your actual payment) on commercial invoices. We cannot underdeclare values or mark parcels as "gifts."

7. Address Accuracy

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, country/region, and valid phone number (for customs/delivery contact).

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries, returns, or losses due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses.

  • If a parcel is returned due to address errors:

    • We will contact you upon receipt.

    • Re-shipping requires additional payment.

    • Refunds exclude original and return shipping costs.

8. Shipping Delays or Damage

  • Delays: Contact Customer Service if your parcel shows no tracking updates or delivery 12 business days after dispatch. Provide your order and tracking numbers for investigation.

  • For concealed loss/damage discovered after delivery:

    • Retain all original packaging and items.

    • Report to Customer Service within 48 hours with order number, photos of damage, and packaging.

    • We will investigate based on carrier policies. Claims are subject to carrier terms and processing times

  • Note: Buyers are typically responsible for return shipping costs (including international fees) for returns due to buyer choice (e.g., change of mind, wrong size). Original shipping may not be refunded.
