The above timelines commence when the parcel leaves our warehouse and do not include order processing time.
Customs clearance is the most variable stage and may cause delays of days or weeks. We cannot control customs processing speed.
We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of important dates ( holidays, birthdays) to account for transit and customs.

Failure to pay may result in parcel return or destruction. We are not liable for resulting losses or refunds.

Provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, country/region, and valid phone number (for customs/delivery contact).
We are not responsible for failed deliveries, returns, or losses due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses.
If a parcel is returned due to address errors:
We will contact you upon receipt.
Re-shipping requires additional payment.
Refunds exclude original and return shipping costs.
Delays: Contact Customer Service if your parcel shows no tracking updates or delivery 12 business days after dispatch. Provide your order and tracking numbers for investigation.
For concealed loss/damage discovered after delivery:
Retain all original packaging and items.
Report to Customer Service within 48 hours with order number, photos of damage, and packaging.
